• Question: Sue and Shane, do you two know each other being you two are both in Lancashire?

      Hi Minty501. No Shane and I don’t know each other, although I think I probably know some of the people he works with — some of my colleagues who used to work at the Forensic Science Service Chorley lab in Lancashire, now work at The University of Central Lancashire (UCLAN) where Shane works.

      Its been a really good experience collaborating with Shane and the other scientists in the forensic zone though, and really interesting to hear about the work that they do, so I’m glad I was chosen to take part in I’m A Scientist. I’ve even chatted to some of the scientists from the other zones too. 🙂

      Hello Minty501,

      Unfortunately we do not know each other however I could have worked for her when I was accepted as a Forensic Analyst for the Forensic Science Service in Wetherby. Getting to know not just Sue but Anna, Craig, and Richard is a very rewarding experience and maybe I could work with Sue or in Chorley on a voluntary basis. What do you think Sue haha
